Enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna experience at your home, at your holiday spot or wherever you can dream!
Servicing Newcastle, Central Coast and the Hunter Valley, our authentic Finnish sauna is available when you desire.
Our sauna is delivered to you, with all the firewood and accessories you’ll need to enjoy the benefits of sauna with your family and friends.
Enjoy your sauna experience for as long as you like. If you would like to enjoy sauna for longer than two nights, we can do that too! Just let us know what we can provide you
Prices are for rentals within Newcastle area. Rentals outside of Newcastle are subject to delivery fees

Ice Bath, Sauna & Breathwork
Experience the benefits of contrast therapy!
Leave feeling invigorated, rejuvenated and at peace. Small group settings allow for an intimate and supportive experience
Prepare the body and mind through a unique movement and breathwork practise. Then feel the power of cycling between Sauna and Ice Bath
